We contracted with Wright Construction for an addition to an existing house that was really a complete rebuilding of the house.  This required Wright Construction to demolish most of the exiting house while saving the exiting brick for reuse.  The new house included three floors, an elevator, teak hardwood floors, stone and brick exterior, five bedrooms, five baths, and an office.  What impress us most about Willie Wright was his ability to listen and adapt to our comments, incorporate positive changes to the design (like adding storage trusses to the roof layout giving extra storage room at little additional cost), and his personal on-site management of the building process.  Willie was very conscious of the cost of the materials and selection of the fixtures and asked for our approval before he committed to purchase them.  He seamlessly incorporated our desire for a tankless hot water heater and standby electrical generator into the house.  Plus, for every critical activity, such as setting the roof joists, he supervised the process.  He personally did the extensive interior molding work and the stairway hand rails that added a distinctive look to the house.   Wright Construction kept us fully informed as costs were incurred and delivered the house very close to the original cost estimate.  Willie forecasted those decisions we needed to make to keep the construction on schedule.  Overall, the house exceeded our expectations for workmanship and quality, and we were very satisfied with the process and costs.  We have lived in the house for five years and can attest to the durability of his work.  Today, people walking by the house offer unsolicited comments about how nice the house looks.  We wholeheartedly recommend Wright Construction for any house addition, modification, or new house construction.  ~Donna & Dave

It is a daunting experience to move to a new area and find someone you can trust to create your dreams and visions and then make them even better than you hoped. When I met Willie and Beth Wright, I knew that I had not only met those people but that the end result would be that I had acquired new and long lasting friends as well as professionals I could count on in every way.  The first work they did was creating a garage that required Willie to design and make custom carriage doors. As an afterthought, I decided that I wanted this structure attached by a portico and he was able to make that happen even though he had already erected the free standing structure. I was so pleased about working with Wright Construction that I just had them completely renovate a condo that I purchased in Old Town. The best part of working with Willie is that he really listens to what you want and is never put upon when you change your mind or deviate from your plan.
